We were buying a house for the first time. We were not sure what to do and how to go about it. It seems like a mountain to climb. She was there for us every step of the way, explained EVERY thing in detail and take us by the hand as if we were her children (I guess we were). Ms. O'Neal went above and beyond the call of duty.
